SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Amenity Edit, a division of Jocelyn & Co., LLC, handles information associated with the Gifting Concierge text-to-gift program.

Information we collect

When you register, we may collect your name, company, business email address, mobile number, SMS consent, gifting preferences, and information you include in gift requests. We may also process recipient contact and shipping information solely to fulfill a requested gift.

How we use SMS information

We use this information to recognize authorized senders, respond to gift requests, ask necessary follow-up questions, create and fulfill confirmed orders, collect a recipient address when requested, and provide address, order, delivery, and customer-care updates.

No marketing sale or sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to service providers such as messaging carriers, Twilio, Shopify, payment, fulfillment, email, and shipping providers only as needed to operate the program, complete requested transactions, maintain security, or comply with law.

Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact hello@theamenityedit.com. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and security

We retain program information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and consent records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
