SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in The Amenity Edit Gifting Concierge text-to-gift program operated by The Amenity Edit, a division of Jocelyn & Co., LLC.

Program description

Registered clients may text plain-language gift requests to the Gifting Concierge. Program messages may include welcome and help messages, questions needed to complete a request, request and order confirmations, recipient-address updates, shipment notices, and other transactional or customer-care information related to the client's gifting program.

Consent and eligibility

By checking the SMS consent box during registration, you authorize The Amenity Edit to send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. You confirm that you control or are authorized to use that number. Consent to SMS is required to use the Text-to-Gift feature, but it is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from The Amenity Edit through other channels.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your gift requests and order activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Orders and payment

The concierge will request confirmation before placing an order. Once you confirm a gift request, the gift may be automatically processed and shipped and the payment method on your account may be automatically charged. You are responsible for reviewing recipient, gift, personalization, shipping, and payment details before confirming.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email hello@theamenityedit.com. You may re-enroll through the registration process where permitted.

Delivery and availability

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to wireless network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Amenity Edit may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary.

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers, consent records, message data, and recipient information are handled.
